Changing tranny fluid--question

RE: Changing tranny fluid--question
Thanks. I'll look there...
This is our second tt. We previously had a denim blue TT Coupe, a 2002. I've posted often on another forum but just did a google search to find this one.
I appreciate your answer.

RE: Changing tranny fluid--question
Just make sure you are using the proper fluid. Need help with the procedure at all?
At work, we generally get 2 liters into transverse mounted transmissions and 4-4.25 liters into longitudinal.

RE: Changing tranny fluid--question
Thanks for the offer to help.
I bought MT90 today--3 quarts according to Redline. I've arranged for a local tuner to change the fluid.
BTW I looked in the owner's manual. It gives the engine oil capacity; couldn't find the tranny capacity. Maybe I missed it.

RE: Changing tranny fluid--question
Thanks. I broke my leg a couple of years ago. 2 plates, 14 screws. I don't take on as much as I used to...I want the tuner to look at the car. When I had a 95 Corrado they did an incredible job fiddling and fixing. In no time it was better than new.
Appreciate the suggestion.
