Hello all! The check engine light came on my 03' automatic coupé but there're no other symptoms, the only thing I could complain about is that perhaps the oil consumption is a little higher than I expected. This is the first time I use my car so I don't have a point for comparison. It recently had the TCM -transmission module- changed. The OEM TCM died after someone tried to start the car with a jumper, inverting the cables and causing a short circuit. The mechanic gave me the car without any lights or noticeable issues. Could the lights be on as a follow up on the same issue?

Any ideas? Thanks for your insights.

Sometimes the ESP light comes on randomly too.
