Did a Long Distance Road Trip
Anybody interested in my pictures of this?
Went from Ohio to St. Pete Beach FL.
They are semi-boring but at least there are some scenic pics with car in it.
Hit some campgrounds in GA along the way.
It's the first time I did some long distance travelling with the car. 2000 miles round trip.
I as really surprised at how smooth the small engine ran at high speeds for a long stretch.
I was sort of worried that the constant high rpms for such a small engine would run that well. I was also a little worried my spark plug wires would melt from the heat after CincyTT yanked off my heat shields and said I didn't need that stuff ha.
I ended up racing a chevy pick-up in the pooring rain through Kentucky going about 90.
I kept slowing down letting him get even at bottom of hills because the TT has a definate advantage accelerating up hill, especially on wet roads.
It handled great until I hit the brakes for the slower traffic but ESP seemd to help on that even. Man, what was I thinking? Stupid.
Well I lived to type about it anyways.
