Default Diverter valve relocate

Kind of a noob question but why is it beneficial to relocate the diverter valve? Is it even worth doing?

its relocates it on the cool side and is suppose to increase throttle response and prolong dv life. i've been pondering this mod for about 6 months and cant decide if i want to do it or not. i like the way mine is now and no one can give a straight up answer if they noticed a difference by relocating it other than the dv staying a little more cool

It puts the dv after the intercooler so instead of reciculation the hot air its cooler. Also putting the dv as close to the tb the better it performs: Faster DV response and Less turbo spool down on shifts and off throttle.

the dogbone mount kit is very nice pain in the *** to install but well worth it. cleans up the slop engine feel when shifting hard and i did notice a difference after installing it. very cheap inexpensive mod let me know if you need questions answered if u install it

when I installed thedogbone mount kit. it reduced the hopping of the car when you shift quick. the ride will be a little less smooth but you feel the pull of the car more which is always a good thing. [sm=groupwave.gif]

one of these should work it you buy the right size pipe diameter. Plus they are far cheaper.
