Hello I have a 2001 Audi TT Quattro.... replaced the passenger side axle and noticed before install that the new axle has a 12 point nut at the end as oppose to the Flange bolt on my old axle.....does anyone know if this will work? parts shop swears that it is the right axle....

I have the same issue as this older post accept my old one is with the 12 point nut and new ones are with shouldered bolt. Did you ever figure out anything with this issue? Thx
