Mother nature decided to bust out the passenger side lens on my headlight - all else is fine, light still works. Is there a place that I can buy just the lens and replace it, or do I need to buy the entire housing?

 

Can't just buy the lens, brand new at least.

I've copped some on eBay before, keep an eye out.

 

You are going to need the complete headlamp assembly. Sorry, but that is life with an Audi. $$$

 

I looked in to getting new lenses too bc of all my rock chips.. All i could find is the headlight assembly for $800! and that wasnt even the dealership lol

 

i have seen the whole assemly go on ebay for 100-300 a piece. So if you cant find a lense on there just buy whatever headlight it is. 100 isnt too bad for a whole new headlight.

 

I bought a pair of lenses for $70 once...takes a while to find them, but they do come up.

i have a driver side lens. bought it just in case cause i was going to wet sand the lens i had. the wetsand worked so it is sitting in my kitchen. it has some spidering in it that you can only see when the headlights are on and could use some cleaning up from the existing adhesive. let me know if you are interested.
