ECS Stage 1 Clutch ordered
Ordered my Stage 1 Clutch today from ECS.
Can't wait to get it in.
However the invoice was sent to me in a PDF format as the bill to name JASON and not RYAN. No idea how that was interpreted but I know I didn't put it in wrong when ordering.
Hope it still makes it.

Man you dug up an old thread.
It should fit no problem.
After a few months of driving my impressions are nothing but good. Others really hype SPEC though so look into that as well.

I have this clutch installed on my 2000 FWD TT. - Its pretty sweet. - It holds much better than the stock TT. - The clutch peddle itself will feel considerably lighter than the stock version. (Note its common, and extremely scary at first) - Anywho ..it is worth the buy... however you will notice more tranny noise in your car because of the lighter flywheel. - but its hard to notice.
I wouldn't take the purchase back, Also depending on if you need it or not i'd suggest you replace the starter at the same time. - its right there and you can get them on ebay for around $100. - Mine was starting to go, and it was a free install because its right there when they are removing the clutch/flywheel.
just food for thought!
