I am under the understanding that on my 1.8TT at least 1 radiator fan should be on at all times. Is this true irregardless of temperature because i have never seen one come on. It has been very cold here and the temp gauge has never gone above mid point either. They do both come on if I turn the AC on like they are supposed to.
