The 004 is far louder than the splitter. I wouldnt say either one is better, just fill different wants/needs of people. I have both and i run the 004 on my TT and my brother runs the splitter on his Passatt, both run flawless

my 007 is good enough for me. with a good airbox, you hear alot more than stock!
