Thanks for the insight everybody. You've taken away some of my reservations about it being a high maintenance daily driver. I actually couldn't get the salesperson to deal much with me on the one I liked but I happened to stumble across another one exactly the same with 10,000 less miles and cheaper. Plus it got traded back to the dealership that it sold from so they have the complete service records to go with it. I'm getting pretty excited about this. And last night I saw a green TT at my apartment complex that I'd never seen parked there before....so I'm thinking it's a sign!

I hear ya about the "security system" too. I keep a Beretta in between the seat and console of all of my cars...within reach. And a concealed weapon permit doesn't hurt either!

What's the story on the center digital information center going out? The car I'm looking at has a negative sign by the temperature and the salesman said he'd rate the quality to be about a B- or a C+. He says it's a common problem with Audis and BMWs and it too expensive to replace or get fixed. Is this really legit or is the salesman taking me for a ride?

the cluster is a very common problem and about $900 to repair. The gas and temp gauges may also be broken.

Okay thanks for the heads up.

I currently don't have anything right now. But I don't guess I know what an M9 is.

If your gas gauge says you got 3/4 of a tank and your trip computer display says you have 10 miles left then your fuel gauge is not working just an easy way for you to check when you go to look at the car

also- temp gauge should be all the way cold then directly in the middle after 15-20 minutes.
