is this the one you got from tirerack or ebay? and how much? are they 18's or 19's?

 

They are 18"s from discount tire direct.

I am looking for center caps, 60mm/2.35" for the center where the sticker was i pulled off, and its 2.65" for the full width of the center cap.

...On a somewhat unrelated note. I wonder if NY fails cars for clear blinkers.

Well here they are, took off the shitty V from the cap, going to get the TT logo etched into it by a guy at work, think that will look pretty damn cool!
