Audi TT The Audi TT line, in both the coupe and roadster combines Audi's All Wheel Drive performance with the feel of a European sports car.

This has NOTHING to do with an Audi TT - But since I know most of you, I want your opinons! PLEASE

Honestly i would inflate what i thought was fair by 20% soi dont look over greedy and dont screw myself in the end. So i would personally go with either 700-750k. If you do win, whatever the amount, put it in the annuity or long term cd's you can stay with inflation and still have the money worth something when you need to use it.

Do you think I could get that? - That noted. - What if the guy doesn't have the money to pay the rest out of pocket? - Does it effect the driver? - Or does the insurrance company cover it?

Im sure if others have gotten $500k, asking for $700 is a good place to start. The judge can always knock it down to a reasonable amount. Better not lose what you could of had. Im not sure if the driver would then be responisble for the above amount of not, but im sure the issurance company or him would have to cover the differnece.

ask for $760,000 and a pizza with pickles and anchovies. That way, I can have 10k to pay off my TT and invest in repairs at the dealer. And then they'll give you $750k not even wondering about the money, simply asking about the choice of pizza.

Thats my vote.

IDK, this whole ordeal is just not fun. - It is really quite upsetting in the least, - Now I atleast now I'm not money hungry with my request to my lawyer for $400/$500k - I'll ask for $700k and settle for $500 haha.

its never fun - but you lived. it happens all the time and people die.

I know someone who got mangled in a jeep hit by a wells fargo bank armored truck that blew a stop sign and the kid got 1.5 mill and claimed he was hurt, and came to one of our frat parties and was bragging about getting all the money and not even being injured.

If you're legitimately hurt, go after whatever you feel is needed to help you get by in life. Seriously though - dont waste it. I'd take a vacation for starters just in case you die before you can use the money - i mean it happens...
