I thought you were suppose to get a warning buzzer if you leave your headlights on when you exit the car? I don't get any kind of reminder to turn my headlights off when I take the key out and open the door. I forgot my lights on a few times because the car never buzzed me about them. Anything I need to check (other than my memory problems)?

 

It was only a matter of time before this happened. I forgot my headlights on while at work and the car was dead when it was time to go home. Now my radio says "SAFE" on it and I have no idea what the code is.

 

If you have your radio manual there should be a card attached in the front. It will have the code on it. If not then you will have to go to a dealer inorder to get it reset.

 

You might get lucky and have the code on a sticker in the spare tire well. They have it on a second sticker that was left int he spare tire well on many cars.

<EDIT>
You might want to look at your dash to see if it recognizes that you are opening your door. The sensors in the TT are known to go out pretty often.
