has anyone replaced their HID's? with the balasts and everything? I think i have a problem with mine... I replaced the bulbs about a month ago and was having problems now my passenger side one is completely out. I got pulled over not once but twice tonight for it... 2 friggin times in one night... thats kind of ridiculous.
anyway im thinking about getting rid of the craptastic hid's in my car and getting a new but set im thinkin the 55w slim ballast style... the 55w HID's will be quite a bit brighter than what i have now so that will be great.

has anyone done this? otherwise have a GOOD brand of bulb replacement because im going to be pissed if i have to do this once a month.
the light output also is horrible on my lights. I dont know if it is the bulbs i got but i cant see a damn thing if im in the country (another reason im considering the 55w swap out)

 

^ umm i'm not entirely sure but don't our TT's come with the 55w ballast and 4300k D2S...

yeah i know they done come with them. The tt i think has 35w 5000k. I am considering upgrading the whole deal and getting rid of the OEM stuff.

^ 35w ballast w/ 4300k bulbs are more yellow... i really think we have 55w ballasts bc the 4300k bulbs are pretty white
