It probably happens when he shifts I bet.

Nope (thank you for the sarcasm) it happens at during any and all sustained pulls. (it never happens between gears as I shift with the fury and precision of a greek god)

doesnt sound like the turbo is bad at all. If it was bad, a good used one is only $150 on a different forum

ugh... I need to build a shop haha...

Well thank you guys for the attempt.

Another question though. Would getting rid of this BOV and installing a Diverter be better than the current setup (assuming I can ever fix the problem it has)

it may. I know those gfb have been hit or miss from a few people. It could just need tuned properly. Might want to hit up their website and see how to adjust it.

gfb = gofastbits

btw, its hard to diagnois a stock turbo boosting online without seeing what its really doing and how its driven

Thank you for the link.

Ok new issue. I went to get in it last night after a semi rough drive and it wouldn't start. I tried starting it 10-12 times. During the first 4-5 attempts it started (fired right away) but would only run for about 2 seconds and die right off. After the 4-5th attempt it wouldn't even hit anymore...

Feul pump?
