Well I took cincy's advice and put ngk bkr7e spark plugs in-and it cured about 90% of my misfire/hesitation..but a little still remains. Wonder why. Any ideas where the rest of it's coming from?

 

possible N75 and maybe the N249? these are the only things i can think of right now. if you dont have any leaks with the wastegate(itself and hose) and depending on when you are getting the hesitation in and out of boost etc. its great that the plugs helped alot...new coil packs?

 

you can find the problem if you scan the ecu and pressure test the system. So if its electronic or throwing a code it will show, or if its a charge pipe leak you can find it.

 

Pressure test, and also check your coilpacks...unless you have already done that. When I had my problem it was only at full throttle and starting at 4k rpms. Do you have vag-com or know anyone who does? I can explain how to check your packs if you do or can get a hold of one.
