so it never ends... the other day i did my spark plugs and now i'm getting a hesitation. i can feel it from about 1k to 2.5k in the rpms. feels strongest in 2nd, 1st, and a little in 3rd gear. To do the plugs i disconnected part of my air intake just after the filter. i think this is were the maf is located? no cel is coming on and havn't been able to get it scanned yet. how can i check for leaks and is there supposed to be some sort of gasket at that air connection? 2.8 30v, the connection above the air filter.

 

For those of you curious the problem was a plug wire. It was found by spraying the wires with a water mist, my 3rd plug was sparking like crazy. Even though the codes registered 4th cycl, it was 3rd. So the car runs smooth as ever now.
