I have posted a couple times about my passenger side HID shutting off after hitting bumps in the road and was wondering what it could be. Last July I bought 6k Ziza bulbs through ecs and in january started having the issue.

I checked everything and replaced the balast with no luck.

Last night I pulled both bulbs and checked them out and found the issue. The connector on the back of the bulb where the harness plugs in is loose. The other bulb which has no problems isn't. The question is Ziza says limited lifetime on craftsmanship issues but how much of a pain is it to deal with a warranty on bulbs?

You cant just buy one you have to buy them in sets and ecs probably wont replace it. At $135 they arent cheap and for the bulb to practically start falling apart I dont exactly want to just suck it up and buy new ones.
