Default how to value this TT 2000

I purchased one of the original TTs in 2000, Quattro. It's only got 35,500 miles and I'm trying to understand what it's worth. I can find the blue book values but they don't take the low mileage into account.

Anybody have thoughts on value? Or, am I not going to be able to realize any additional value just cause of the low mileage?

Thanks in advance!

Depends if the condition reflects the low miles. IMO, now is not the time to sell it. 5-10 more years would make a huge difference on the collector aspect of low miles.

My tt is a 2001 with 80k miles, but mint condition. Its now stored in my garage and driven 500 miles a year. I plan to save it for many years to come.

Anyway, if you sold your tt now, I would guess somewhere around $9-10K is fair game.

I bought my 01 225hp TT with 109,000 miles on it 3 years ago for $10K private party. I'd guess it would be worth closer to $15K to the right buyer.

Given a choice, I prefer a car with low miles. Lower mileage usually rates your car value on the higher end. Although a car can be trashed in a short time with the wrong owner.

Wow, that's pretty low miles! I just bought my 01 TT 180 Roadster with only 60k miles and I thought that was low! It was kept in really good condition and just needed a good detail. I paid $8500 for it.

Keep it. It may appreciate in value, but as a 180, even unmolested, it will appreciate slowly if at all. Edmunds.com takes into account low mileage, but don't expect it to give you too much. Market is what it is.

FWIW, I bought my 2001 225 aviator gray coupe, stock, no mods, 2 previous owners, 67K miles, last june, for $9000.00.

cheers.
