I have the precision 750hp intercooler its a little bit tall but the 600hp one would have easily mounted with no trimming or cutting as it is 6 inches shorter and for plumbing once I get it mounted a local muffler shop has a mandrel bender and some stainless tubing and is very reasonably priced I would post pictures of attempt two at FMIC which I'll be doing this weekend with access to more tools and a welder but my computer is on the verge of dying and no longer accepts usb connections

You really should of got the 600hp core. It will be plenty for your setup and fit better like you said. If you want something thinner, Himni-racing.com sellsa 600hp full garrett core that is 10" tall and 3" wide with 2.5" inlet/outlet instead of 2.75". Only downside is that its ~$40 more than a precision 600hp core

Yeah the 600hp core woulda made fitting alot easier but I'm pretty sure I have figured out how to mount the 750 neatly
