That tt's likely a good one then. It sounds like the last owner actually cared about it. The timing belt should be fine till 120k -ish.
Just check the gas gauges and temp gauges work. A lot of them only work half way (gas tank empty, gauge reads half full). It's $900 to fix the gauges.
