Unhappy I have some headlight problems I think?

I have a 2000 TT I was wondering what all 3 lights are on my headlight, I beleive outside is driving middle high beams?? and I am not sure what the inners are. When I turn my headlights on there is OFF, 1 click turns on the tailights but nothing in the front of the car (not sure if this is right?) and 2 clicks headlights on. Am I missing something? on my VW 1click turned on fogs and signals. I was thinking I am missing bulbs because 1 click only turns on the tails and not the heads. Thanks guys

1 click is parking lights and tail lights. 2 clicks is low beams. 2 clicks PLUS pull the **** is low beams and fog lights

on 1 click if u dont have any lights up front ( amber lights) they are either taken out ( like me ) or they are burnt out.

Ok yea, 1 click I dont get anything up front, just the rears. Also 1 click and pulled out I get nothing up front. Just 2 click, and 2 clicks pulled out do I get anything up front.

Fogs only come on with low beams, so one click wouldn't do it. Like Lenny said, one click and no corner lights up front probably means someone pulled the bulbs (like Lenny)(or me), or the bulbs are burned out.

You can figure out, if your interested, which contacts in the switch operate what, and you can jumper/bend some stuff so that you can get fogs w/o low beams if you want.

don't know why you would pull the lights. I light having the running lights on. I did find that you can't have fog lights on, while the high beams are on, which is normal.
