I vote B5 S4, with chip and turboback exhaust you'll have 300+whp and 360+whtq = 360+bhp and 400+tq

There are numerous ways to get 300hp. This was just one example.
I do like the ABD Intake.

he already said he was getting a 50 trim, he would also need injectors, fuel pump, FMIC, upgraded DV or BOV, exhaust mani, downpipe, software, oil lines, boost controller, boost gauge, wastegate...that should get you up and running and be in the 300-325AWHP range
