Default importing

Iwas wondering if anyone knew what the differences are between the us spec audi tt and the euro spec audi tt. The reason for me asking is because the last year and a half i havelived inbelgium and bought an audi tt which i have spent a good amount of money on, and would like to import it.Since i will now be movinback to dallas to go to college i wanted to find out if i had to change any bumpers or anything like that for safety regulations, also is there any way to fit in a dashboard with mph instead of km/h.

any help would be appreciated thanks

i know canada is different... however, im pretty sure safety specs in belgium are stricter than they are here. So as for safety, other than emissions, i cant see how there could be a problem.

as for the dash,i have never seen a TT do a conversions from khm to mph... not saying it cant happen, but non the less, not common for obvious reasons

thanks for the help the dashboard isnt really one of my big concerns, it's just the thought of having to convert bumpers and everything that makes the idea sound unattractive

if anyone else has any more information please let me know thanks
