Hey guys, I got a funky issue here. My interior light starts coming on while I am driving through bumpy roads. The cluster does NOT show the door is open so I don't believe it's the door latch problem. Where else should I check? could a blown fuse cause this?

 

Probably a loose connection in the switch.

Yes. Does the light act normally at other times?

 

yeah the funny thing is if I turn the light off, shut off the engine, walk away for a bit, and then come back and turn the lights on, then the light is fixed. (meaning the lights shut off when the door's closed). It's really really weird.
