mirror switch broke

hi, today the mirror switch snapped, is it difficult to change it? i heard you have to take of the door trim. i mean is something i can do?

It's not hard to do but the part is way more expensive than you'll expect.
I posted a fix involving a nail and super glue a while back. Mine is still holding.
