I would guess that you need new coil packs. Replace all four of them. Early tt's had a type of coil packs that failed often. The new version is more reliable.

If you replaced them because it had the same problem before, it's likely the same cause that made them fail again. Example: running rich and following out spark plugs.

Well my car was running bad shaking well pressing th gas and what not so i asked my mechanic and he said it was most likely the coil pack and or the plugs so i was like whatever ill just change both. Unsure if that was the problem..... It did fix it alittle but not fully I also did the fuel filter and cone filter swap. But lately it has gotten worse and the check engine light came on and stayed on for 2 days then turned off. The second it went on I went to Autozone and they told me 3 out of 4 cylinders were misfiring......... So I havent had a chance to go to the shop and have them take a look but its sucks.....

It could be a bad MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor).

My MAF is like a year old.. I cleaned it a couple of times. Didn't do much, i have no chip im basically stock.... DP, cone filter, Forge BOV/DV. When i changed the plugs i did the cone filter, coils, fuel filter, dogbone mount, cleaned the MAf, and the MAF plug looked bad so i got a new one and rewired it...

Do you have a boost gauge? Your problem could be a vac leak. Considering it's just cylinders 2,3,4 check the hoses after/under the intake manifold.
