its like comparing apples to oranges in terms of price.

this is an excert from the eurodyne/Tapp auto

We recently used the 22x9x3 to run a 10.82 after making 570whp on our shop Audi A4.
-- Bar and plate, and this is theirsmaller IC setup.

all im tryign to show is that FORGE/APR is notthe mother all of all kits, and neither is APR. its all in your app, andi dont think you are going to be pushing more than 300WHP anyways -- at least not all the time [8D].

besides i'm a big preacher of "save $$ where you can so you can put that $$ somewhere else"

No doubt..in the end, I'm that way, too..would I be happy with an exhaust, chip, intake, and IC to save a couple of thousand to put into the interior? Yea, probably.Withthese mods right here, aentirely new brake systemor a stg 3 clutch isn't really necessary-thats around a couple of grand rightto put into the body or interior
I mean, it's not gonna give me 300whp or anything, but it'll still be agood bitfaster than stock and probably not ovework the K04
Btw, which greddy shroom application are people using on the TT 225?

get the one for the a4 1.8T or just get a 3" shroom filter. as long as the end part is 3" then it will fit.

check the post shroom filter or the truth about modshack.. the links are posted there.

with the t360 you will not need to upgrade your brakes or your clutch. the 300whp mark is a benchmark for a good desirable amount of power from that setup.. (ie good potential with proper tuning)

if you just want to cruise around and not pump HUGE power then easy to get good power. also another good point is that the t360 will spool like your stock turbo and it hauls @ss in city driving. for example doign 120km/h i will be at 3krpm.. on the highway at 5th gear. at this point the turbo is just starting to wake up and at 3500rpm you got full boost... perfect for ricer flybys [8D]lmao for those that like that sort of thing

Ok I did some figures-If I can get a t360 trim for around 2500- pick up a tcarbon for 500 susp for 900, some upgraded brake pads, a greddy shroom, and DV, that should be all I need-would only put me 1500 for much more power and a more efficient turbo-I might be able to handle that if I just stick with the stock Bose and add a sub instead of getting an entirely new system

Now you talkin !!!! [sm=smiley20.gif] and the 2500 is with SW i assume? i would suggest that you get the kit W/O SW and just send your ECU for flashing/chipping to the SW maker directly. you will be able to shave a few $$ off the top that way too.

remember what i pm'd you. just mention it, doesnt hurt.
It is looking good so far, remember : one all the components are off, you can resell them and get a stereo LOL.

ORIGINAL: DurTTy

And it does perform much much better than the stocks. the jump from Tcarbon to Forge/APR is not THAT huge, but there is a noticable difference, which is they can efficiently lower IAT at higher HP levels. but, the Tcarbon will maintain its designed efficiency at 300WHP which is plenty for me (for now :P) but as i stated, once the kit is in there and installed i can always go for a diff core down the road.
The differnce of a tCarbon and a APR on a larger than stock turbo will be greater and greater the bigger you go. With 300whp (360bhp) i would bet there will be a supstanial differnece between the APR and tCarbon. Again, dont know about the Forge since it is only 2" wide and a tube and fin core.

Durtty, didnt you even post in my thread about new parts options? [:-]
