I still have not gotten my cluster settlement letter either way (yes or a stern no from Audi would be nice) and was looking around to see where else can the cluster be repaired. The service on Ebay seems nice, but means I will be without a car for almost a week...

Any other thoughts (other than an after-market warranty that is)?

BBA Reman. Company based out of MA. They repair Audi clusters for 250. Lifetime warranty on everything but the center display. Very good company. Look them up.
