My friend does chip burning for his BMW, could I do that for the TT?

So my friend has a chip burning program specifically for his honda and BMW. Is their a program out there that I could use so that he can burn different programs for my TT. I have a APR chip but when I do test and tunes I want to be able to burn different chips. Has anyone done this?
