hi guys, i'm quite new on hear but could do with some help because i have a noise on my 225 quatro TT.this noise seems to come from the passenger side front when turning a corner around 40 mph. when the wheels streight ahead it doesnt seem to do it. the only way i can describe it is that it sounds like when you go over a white line in road . any idea's welcome many thanks

yer i thought that but pulled wheel and didnt realy feel anythink. cant really spin wheel fast enough to hear it . you had that happen before

 

just did a wheel bearing, didn't feel play in the hub until i had the rotor removed, and mine was totally trashed. Ikept driving on it until I was good and fed up with the noise, then I fixed it.

Anyway, a growling sound coming from the front end that shows up when you turn is a wheel bearing 90% of the time.
