I have been having luck with Pirelli P Zero Neros. Good and sticky. Great wear so far. I've had them for two years and they're performing well.

I've been running Kuhmo ECSTA MX's this spring and summer. They have been great- quiet, smooth, and very sticky once they warm up. Also, they are relatively inexpensive compared to other tires out there. After three track days they are showing some good wear but I imagine I could easily get three more days on the track out of them and still drive them into next season. For the winter I will be switching back to my 17's with winter tires. I've heard the Kuhmo MX's have sidewalls on the soft side but considering they're mounted on 19's there isn't much sidewall.

soft sidewall is great for launching, bad for turning.
