I don't think those tires are suited for Off-Roading

Sorry, I couldn't resist. The wheels look Good. I just never liked black rims that much
but on your car they look pretty nice!

Why is the wheel gap so big if it's a 17" rim?? Can TT owners get away with buying 18" rims with 45 thickness and not have wheel gap?? or is this inevitable and I will be forced to spend 1k on suspension?? If that's the case, i don't want to buy anything bigger than stock 17"

Agnt008 18 is like a basic standard why not go 18? it wont affect ride over 17 that much...now if you go 19 it will....16 is to small 17 looks to small imo why not go 18?

The reason I was thinking of not going 18" is because I don't want wheel gap like the guys car above...!!!! I don't have the money anytime soon to really buy all new suspension either to rid the wheel gap. So that's why i was wondering if anyone else has put on 18" rims w/o new suspension and had success with no wheel gap (or at least looked like stock)

Maybe get some bigger tires and it could look alright. Keep in mind 45 is not a measurement, it's the % of the tread width that the sidewall is (i.e., a 200/40/R17 tire would have 80mm of sidewall, 40mm on each side).
