when i give throttle i hear the turbo start to chirp. my bros a4 does it two any ideas y?

I hit a bird the other day that was stuck in my grill chirpping you may want to check that out. No really I did. But as for your noise, I have heard different things, turbos, timing belts... dont know what to tell you. But hopefully its nothing serious.
