Default O.CT chip review

I just put in the stratmosphere O.CT chip and to sum it up WOW!... Im sure that many of you have the REVO or GIAC as i have seen a lot of you with them out there but if you have yet to get a chip and want one consider the stratmosphere as well... I am noticing a much bigger difference than expected... I love it, now my next project...

Any suggestions? ...: boost gauge, boost machine, springs, short throw, intake... decisions decisions

Get a boost gauge first, then maybe a mbc/boostmachine. By the way, i hit 20psi last night and still have no chip, wanna race?

Glad to hear you're liking the new chip. I would also suggest you get a boost guage as well as the very next mod and maybe either a mbc or the boostmachine so you can fine tune the pressure and an intake to allow better flow.

Question for you Cincy, since it has been 12 minutes since your last post has your Audi blown up yet?

Nope, just as strong as ever! The blowing up is for some a4 guy Bodga or something like that. I wouldnt do anythings that would hurt my car, i know its limits.

If you need to ask where im from we need to talk!

For a ko3, a decent bleed valve works best. A good $30-50 works wonders for both spooling up and holding boost. I hate to admit it but my brother got a ebay turbosmart incabin mbc for ~$20 shipped and it works great. He just wanted totry it, and low and behold it workedbetter than i could of thought.Mine is a turboxs hpc mbc with both a bleed valve and a ball and spring. I have it running about 80% bleed and 20% ball and spring. Voodoo makes a simular model on ebay for ~$40.

A boost machine is just a little pricey for it not being electric for me.
