I change it every 5,000 Kilometers when i have the chance. I have driven up to 7,000Km but after that you should change it.


A new filter and oil every 5,000 km should be good enough

 

5000 km= about 3125miles. I think you can go at least 4000 miles/6400 kmbetween oil changes especially on full synthetic.
I am using Castrol 0W30 European Formula and it seems to be doing very well. In the summer I may switch to Mobil 1
0W40.

 

Hi guys sorry for digging this off, but i had a small question the last time i changed my car's oil was 5 month ago but the car still has 1900 miles. Should i change it just because of the time its been with the oil? or should i wait til the 3000 hit?
