I'm sure he means the Timing Belt Kit. Like the ones sold at ecstuning.com that everone buys.

yes timing belt kit. you have to use the context clues to determine if tb stands for:

timing belt
throttle body
turbo back

Ok duh, I was sitting there thinking a Throttle body kit?? I musta missed something, I got it now.
