Default One more problem?!?!?!?!

Okay, so my TT was in for a thermostat replacement...the tech who worked on it took it for a road test to make sure the check engine light didn't come on again. While he was sitting at a light the car started to run a bit on the warm side. He brought it back, looked at some thhings, and road tested again. And yet again it was running hot...this time when he brought it back, he suspected the water pump connection was bad, meaning that not enough water is getting to the radiator. This is a much bigger problem than the thermostat he said.

So I really hope my extended warranty covers this...they covered the thermostat...so we will see, at least I got a rental.

To be cont....

I'd make sure he put the little hole in the therostat at the top so the air bubbles can get through. Otherwise with air in the system the efficiency will be reduced.
