Osir smoked corner problems

Well I got the reflector off and my headlights painted and I'm starting to put in the Osir clear corners but then they are too long!! They are longer than the stock amber ones.Has this happened to anyone else???

are you positive they are too long? i thought that too until i put them in the housing.
