my car had this code and my boost gauge is at 20 instead of 14-16. i cleaned my maf and it just disappeared for 2 days but came back. can it be my DV? or MAF? or something else?

That code usually indicates MAF or Vacuum Leak.

can vacuum leak actually give me 20 boost? i thought it would go down if i had a leak?

I think you mean 20 lbs of Vacuum. If your getting 20 lbs of Boost, I'd leave everything as is.
