So I just got my car chipped and everything put back together, do i need/can I adjust the MBC for higher boost pressure now? If so, how far should I adjust it and what changes will I need to make to my DV?

What company did you go with? GIAC, REVO,APR??
Also you will need to upgrade to either an aftermarket DV or a specific BOV, as the oem ones tend to go out after a while. Most people use the forge 007, APR just came out with a diaphram DV. Or you could use the new forge splitter valve (half bov/half dv). For a BOV I believe you can use the forge 004.

I went w/ APR. Also, I've already got the Forge 007 DV, but haven't changed the springs or anything.

I would put the yellow spring in. I believe it is yellow. Start with that and drive around for a while. You may have to put a shim in but its all trial and error. I'm not sure if you need a MBC. I went with GIAC and it already had me at where I needed to be. I just bought the MODSHACK stage 3 because it was sort of a conditioner for it. The GIAC is pretty aggressive so 1st and 2nd was very jumpy. The stage 3 smoothed that out, Verry nice!

yes and you can up the boost to 18-22psi with a mbc (preferably bleed/gated)

Ok, so I tried to up the boost, but it wasn't going any higher than the spiking at 15 and holding at 11 or so that it was at before I got chipped. Is this due to the DV? I tried unhooking the MBC and running off the N75 and the boost spiked around 19 and held at 15

could be if your still using the green spring. It could be bleeding off boost since it cant stay shut

You have to gradually adjust the MBC and drive a few miles and then up it some more and drive a mile or so and up it some more. and so on and eventually it'll kick in. If you adjust all at one time... sometimes your ECU won't adapt. You have to do it slow (from what I've read, to let your ECU adjust to the changes.

The ecucant control a mbc

taking it in small steps is a safty measure so you dont boost past what is safe or what you want
