what psi should I be at though I have the 225

 

About 10psi is stock if I remember correctly, gosh its been so long since I put my ecu into the "stock" mode, hope I could help, what are you boosting at?

Could be. I would go through everything steve said when he broke down your codes.

 

ya well i changed my coil packs and plugs and that seemed to fix it but after i drive it like twice it goes back to how it was before with the rough idle the only thing that fixes is is when i unplug my battery then plug it back in but usually 2 drives until i have to do that again

 

then swap the o2 sensor
