Have you tried cleaning the MAF sensor? You can use CRC MAF cleaner or some rubbing alcohol to clean them. Just make sure the MAF is fully dry when you put it back in. That might help.

ya had to rename the video today... turns out both MAF sensors i had were junk stupid ebay ones. Put stock back in runs awesome.

Check all Vac hoses in and out of the N75. Change out the N75 Are you using a MBC?
Mine does the same and when it happens too me I pull over shut it off and its fine.
Vac leak if you cannot find it change all vac lines and run Maf less.
I ran Maf less for quite sometime por gas mileage and then I bought a new Maf!

turns out just a junk ebay MAF. through stock one in and now it runs fine.

even when i had a MBC i couldnt even go over stock boost without it happening. turbo was junk too.

i use 99% alcohol, pour in plastic bag slush around let maf air dry, for a little more flow i remove the screen and plastic grid
