Default question

I bought a 2012 TT Roadster and they told me at the dealer not to drop the top until it's at least 40 degrees out. Is this true. Not that I'll be driving it when it's cold, but I would like to at least make sure that it's functioning right.

They are probably afraid the material will crack if it is stiff and cold. The rear window is glass, not plastic, correct?

You could run the heater on high for 10 minutes or so with all the windows up. That should warm the top enough so it would be pliable.
