Does anyone know the part number to the painted piece of plastic that fits onto the front bumper and holds the license plate?

 

I'm assuming you mean the canadian 7mph bumper with the extra 3" bump on it. That is the way the bumper comes and you can not buy that piece alone ,but you can buy the license plate bracket.

 

No not the "tumors"I think he means the rectangle piece that the US front plates attach to (and is removable). I don't have the part number but I am in a state that requires the front plate. I wanted to replace mine because I hate front plates. I couldn't just remove the plate bracket because they drill into the removable piece...leaving holes. I called up my local Audi dealer and they quoted me $89 unpainted.

 

There's some site that has them for like $50.

I got mine from a guy on Vortex (in poopy condition but no holes) for $30.
