Default question about new front end..

I have some pretty bad scratches on the front bumper and am looking into getting a new one. What are my options? Would it be cheaper just to get mine fixed? Also I want to get a new chin and I saw one that looks much longer than the stock one. It doesnt have the lower three screens, or the tabs that hold them on. Heres a picture of the chin i'm talking about and who makes it?

I'd skip it if you're considering a fiberglass kit. I wish I had pics of my rear diffuser after 1 summer with it on. Massive chips from road debris. Granted, this is on the rear, and my own car is throwing up the rocks, but a front end still has to deal with stuff bouncing down the road. Not to mention you get 0 chance for mistakes when it comes to speed bumps and crubs. Fiberglass doesn't flex, it cracks.
