Default question on exhaust

I am getting ready to finish my 02 225 by purchasing a 3" exhaust, race n75 valve, 42dd intake, forge 008 diverter valve and other inexpensive parts but was wondering which exhaust to get.

The three I was looking at are the apr 3", 42dd 3" and the billy boat 3" As far as cost the 42dd beats the other by about $400 but its more than just cost.

Things like sound performance and reliability are the important aspects for me. Also what will work best for a turbo upgrade. Looking to do a engine rebuild through qed and get a 3071 turbo. I am going from a Borla Cat Back which came on the car when I bought it.

Just looking for opinions on this so I am not disappointed.

Skip the N75 "race" valve. Its a waste of money. Skip the Forge DV and get a MadMax Evo DV. I would get the 42DD 3" and get it ceramic coated.

agreed the race valve doesnt do much n could throw u into limp mode, and the 42dd downpipe is nice but not stainless so get the ceramic coating, and the valueline is a good deal too

well I have the N75 race valve and it does give a little more than the stock N75. But I have been corrected before so plse don't take my word for it. I have no data to say otherwise. and I know my TT through and through.
If someone does then hey buy all means stick with the stock N75.
I to have the 42DD 3" dp as getting it ceramic coated, I guess I'm all for heat resistance.
I have the 4" round Magnaflow muffler and it has a great sound, but I went to a single outlet, which could be the difference.
Either way you go enjoy!

IMHO anything but 304 stainless SUX!! i had hpc and jet hot top name coated headers did NOT last, 42DD is cheaper because they coat junk mild steel, you can get a borla 2.5" catback as well forever 304 stainless, if you intend to keep your car awhile that is
