Well instead of mounting on the side of the car it actually mount on the wall between the cabin and the trunk of the car. It is literally behind the shoulder of the seat not to the side. With the seat pushed all the way back it pins the belt between the seat and the back wall.

Damn.

Lately I've had my doubts about this 'german engineering'. I noticed tonight that I have a slightly bent sway bar link. I'm not suprised, who the hell designs a 16" link thats only 3/8ths thick? Its goofy.

hey dont clown on the audi seat belt covers...i got em...they look nice and feel much better than the damn seat belt IMO
True dat... OEM stuff isn't ricey anyway....

well I didnt get a chance to work on the holders this weekend. I was too busy finishing up my big brake kit for my trans am. I will most likely be working on them next weekend. I have been talking to a friend of mine that is a machineist for a living. he has some very nice ideas. I will post some pics as soon as I get them done.
