Thanks one and all! I found the AEM close by and will prolly pick it up. I still keep thinking about that intake...damn!

if you have a FWD and can get the filter out of the engine compartment is best, you can gut the maf to gain airflow with your intake, i settled on a modshack setup, nice but my twin intercoolers prevent installing what i think is best, i DO believe they add performance especially if they get colder air in

an intake makes ur car sound deeper n gives u more turbo noise which i personally like doesnt do much for performance but opens up some room in the engine bay n makes it look nice, just my .02

i notice response in my 225, if i put the air box back on i cant stand driving my tt, so much lag.

itll give u some throttle response but our cars r drive by wire which makes it less responsive then a throttle cable right out of the box
