It won't have nearly the effect on a 180 as the one for it doesn't collapse. The design of the TIP for the 225 is flawed so it is sometimes required if you're pulling in more air than stock.

I went ahead and ordered it. APR is running a deal with Car Care One where any purchase between now and June 4th gets a $50.00 rebate so my cost for this hose is going to be $139.00

Yeah im ordering some hoses soon also for the 225...I never really liked the white color on the TT's but yours loooks very nice!!!Cleeeaan [sm=icon_rock.gif]I think Black rims on that thing would look killer!
